This was a fantastic place to stay with our teenagers. York was only a short walk away and the cinema room and table football at the house were a great hit. Communication was amazing, so quick and informative. The recommendation to go to the Pig & Pastry, just round the corner was wonderful. I don’t think I have ever had a better breakfast. A brilliant host that was happy to go the extra mile. Thank you

We loved everything abouth this place. Perfect location, beautiful house. Beds were soooo comfortable and it felt like home. Great communication from the owner and the welcome cake was a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave. I cannot think of any improvements which could be made to the whole experience.
